Pres. Buhari today inaugurated the National Economic Council which will be chaired by VP Yemi Osinbajo, while all the 36 state governors and the Governor of the central bank Godwin Emefiele are to serve as members. The team will be responsible for advising President Buhari on all issues relating to the Nigerian economy. More photos below;

Many of the state governments have been hit by cash crunch and are owing huge workers’ salaries, among other indebtedness.
