Peter Cech Sold To Arsenal

Arsenal have completed the signing of Chelsea’s Petr Cech and the goalkeeper could face his former club as soon as August 2 in the Community Shield at Wembley.
Talks over an £11million deal have been ongoing since the season ended and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has finally made the 33-year-old his first signing of the summer.
Jose Mourinho was reluctant to sell Cech to a direct Barclays Premier League rival but, although there has been no official confirmation,FonkyGist understand the transfer has gone through but no official statement from both club yet.

BREAKING!!! Buhari Sacks SSS Director General Confirms Replacement.

President Muhammadu Buhari  has sacked the Director General of the State Security Service,  Ita Ekpenyong. In his place, he has appointed  Lawal Musa Daura  as new head of the agency, which services as Nigeria’s secret police. The appointment was conveyed today in a letter by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation,  Barrister Danladi Kifasi. The appointment is with immediate effect.

NNPC Commences Sale Of Kerosene At 50 Naira Per Litre In Ogun State.

The management of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC has commenced the sale of kerosene to residents of Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria at 50 Naira per litre. At an exercise monitored in Sagamu Local Government Area, residents commended the efforts of the Buhari led administration in keeping with his electioneering campaign promises. They however asked the management to the NNPC to ensure the continuity of the initiative to bring a new lease of life to the people. Kerosene a major component used for domestic cooking has in recent times been in short supply and has forced many women to seek alternative measures. Residents who seemed to be savoring this latest development however appealed to the federal government to ensure the continuation of the exercise which they said would go a long way in assuaging the suffering of residents
